The thing with depression is, it just hits you sometimes. One second you might actually feel okay and the next you feel lifeless. That gut wrenching horrible unexplainable pain, that latches onto every fiber of your being and refuses to let go. It’s this feeling that drives you to the brink of suicide. You long to escape, to feel relief, to reach oblivion.

is it normal to feel like you weigh more the more you work out?

ive been working out a lot, only because i have nothing else to do with my life. i feel like i am not losing fat… if anything i’m bulking up. it is so annoying. my arms and thigh will not shrink! ahhh
